In 1910, Al-Draie factory was established in Hama city for cheese production, which was at that time a handmade craft. Ever since, the industry has been developing in a result of diligence and honesty in manufacturing and sales. Then we changed the old handcraft into a modern industry served by technological expertise, and it became a mechanical industry working within sterilized and pasteurized environments through the latest packaging production lines. Perhaps the biggest proof of the high-quality standards that are being followed by Al-Draie Cheese Factory is the remarkable development that has taken place in the enterprise, whereas all its branches has spread across Syria.
